I offer my apartment for rent with flexibility on booking from a minimum of 3 days. I do not operate fixed changeover days so you are not limited to Saturday flights.
Rental Costs
November to March - £30 per day
April to June - £45 per day
July to August - £65 per day
September to October - £50 per day
The apartment will be fully clean on your arrival.
Long Term Rental Costs
11 months - £450 per month
3 months - £500-£800 per month depending on which months

Availability

Deposit
I ask for a £100 deposit which will be re-imbursed to you upon safe return of the keys.
Keys & Directions
Guests can either collect the keys and directions from me in Warwickshire and return them after their visit, or alternatively I can post them to you, for you to post back to me upon your return. This saves on having to meet my key holder in Spain and the complications this sometimes incurs when flights are delayed.
Car Hire
You will need to hire a car for your visit. I can recomend www.holidayautos.co.uk and always suggest that you select the 'airport' option for collection and drop off.
